Breastfeeding Support Groups

Many new mums find their local breastfeeding support group invaluable. Not only can you compare hints and tips with other breastfeeding mums, ask a health visitor for help and advice but you can relax in a truely breastfeeding-friendly environment. For those of you wanting to find out more about breastfeeding on a national scale there is a list of useful websites at the end of this page.

Association of Breastfeeding Mothers

A charity run by mothers for mothers. They offer a helpline number answered by trained volunteers who have all breastfed their own babies. Tel: 0870 401 7711

Bras 4 Mums
