There will be a number of exciting FREE activities available at the Babymaze Baby and Toddler Show. With a programme of events happening throughout the day there will be something for everyone. If you'd like you or your child to join in one of the FREE demos then please go along to the relevant exhibition stand to book your place.

La Bella Baby Yoga
Francesca Carr is a qualified baby and toddler Yoga Teacher. Baby yoga helps to promote sleep and relaxation whilst enhancing the natural bond. Using gentle exercises for babies, mums and dads. Join in with a FREE La Bella Yoga session at the Babymaze baby and toddler show.

Yoga for Pregnancy
Yoga can help you have a happy, healthy pregnancy and birth. Emmaline's local classes are open to all women from 14 weeks right up to delivery. You will learn simple techniques to alleviate some of the common complaints of pregnancy and to help you in labour and beyond. The information zone will play host to a number of talks and demonstrations throughout the day including:
Breastfeeding information and advice - Sandra Lively - Parent Education Midwife/Infant Feeding Advisor
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions on any aspect of breastfeeding so do come along if you are pregnant and wanting to breastfeed or if you are already breastfeeding but would like to pick up some useful hints.

Breathing in labour - Sandra Lively - Parent Education Midwife/Infant Feeding Advisor
If you are pregnant or thinking of trying for a baby then this talk is essential! Sandra will talk you through how to breathe in labour to make the birth process as easy and painless as possible.

Using real nappies - Katharine Bradshaw
Katharine is a Lollipop Nappies representative and will be talking about and demonstrating how real nappies work. Gone are the days of terry squares. Real nappies these days are easy to use and come in some fantastic designs and colours.
