Relax.... It is important to remain as stress-free a possible during pregnancy which can be easier said than done. Here are a few ideas to aid relaxation. Exercise at home Even if you didn't exercise before you became pregnant you might want to try some simple stretches, especially as you near the end of your pregnancy.
